Landscape and lawn maintenance for rental properties can sometimes pose a difficult problem. In some cases the resident may not have the time, equipment or desire to maintain the lawn to our specifications. For that reason we include lawn maintenance in the rental amount for most of our rentals to ensure a nice clean lawn. We also perform random and scheduled property inspections to confirm the lawn and landscape are in tip top shape.
