Security Deposits

Security deposits are required for all of our properties. A security deposit equal to a full month’s rent is collected up front prior to move in or to hold any property up to 30 days. All security deposits are held in a non-interest bearing Florida escrow account at our bank.

All residents are subject to our comprehensive screening process, which includes a criminal background check, credit check, employment, income and prior landlord verification. Our goal is to provide you with the most qualified residents for your home.

Lease Preparation

We ensure that all leases are carefully prepared based on the residents that will be living in the home, including children, and comprehensively describe the expectations of residency. Additional addendums are provided for allowance of pets and/or hot tub/pool liability exclusions.

Discover Trinity

The region, with a series of bayous feeding into the Gulf of Mexico, was first settled by white and black farmers and fishermen around 1876. Some of the newly arrived visitors spotted tarpon jumping out of the waters and so named the location Tarpon Springs. In the 1880s, it was developed as a wintering spot for wealthy northerners. During the same decade, John Cheyney founded the first local sponge business. The industry continued to grow in the 1890s, and many blacks and whites from Key West and the Bahamas settled in Tarpon Springs to harvest and process sponges. A few Greek immigrants arrived in this city during the 1890s to work in the sponge industry. Source From Wikipedia
